Understanding I-CBT: A Different Approach to OCD & Eating Disorders

When anxiety feels driven by endless “what ifs,” it can be hard to tell what’s real and what’s rooted in doubt.
In this post, we explore Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)—a specialized, neurodivergent-affirming approach designed to treat OCD and often co-occurring eating disorders at their core.
