Adult RO-DBT Skills Classes Virtual Class: Wednesdays, 9:00–10:30 AM – Only 1 spot left! In-Person Class: Thursdays, 2:30–4:00 PM – 3 openings available
Each class is part of our comprehensive 30-week program and includes individual therapy + between-session coaching for personalized support.
Adolescent & Family Services RO-DBT Informed Family Therapy
Offered individually by appointment. Designed to improve family communication, emotional expression, and connection—especially for teens and caregivers. Coming Soon: Adolescent RO-DBT Skills Classes
A new group format tailored for ages 14–17. Teens attend alongside a designated parent/guardian. Perfect for those navigating high anxiety, perfectionism, and social isolation.

Certified in I-CBT for OCDShayna has completed full training in Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), a research-supported therapy that targets the thinking styles underlying obsessive-compulsive behaviors. This makes her especially equipped to support individuals with OCD and related neurodivergent experiences with compassionate, targeted care. |

New Role: Connection Director at The CurrentIn addition to her clinical work, Shayna has stepped into a new leadership role as our Connection Director. In this position, she’ll be spearheading our community engagement efforts, from outreach events to networking opportunities, and contributing content around the importance of human connection in mental health. Both of these updates speak to Shayna’s holistic and relational approach to care—rooted in evidence, guided by empathy, and grounded in the value of connection.
