Therapeutic Training & Background
My approach is deeply relational, and I draw from narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I often integrate aspects of exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and radically open DBT (RO-DBT) into my work as well.
I have experience working with all ages and in both inpatient psych settings and outpatient. I have training in treating eating disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. I am deeply passionate about advocacy work in for eating disorders, working to increase access to care and quality services.
I earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan. I am currently under the supervision of Kelsey Esser, MSW, LCSW. At The Current, I serve on the Child & Adolescent Consultation Team, Eating Disorder Consultation Team, and the RO-DBT Consultation Team.

Professional Style
Therapy can be challenging and scary and silly and awkward and beautiful. My goal is to support you in meeting your goals while holding space for, embracing, and honoring the full range of your experience. I show up to sessions authentically and invite my clients to do the same.
I also believe therapy doesn’t happen in a vacuum and that it’s deeply connected to the world we live in. Together, we’ll explore how current events, systems, and societal expectations are shaping your experience and impacting your mental health.
Wherever you’re at in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity.
