In house training for evidence based practices such as Radically-Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders CBT-E), Play Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In house training for the specialized treatment of Eating Disorders.
An emphasis on team support with the ability to participate on specialized consultation teams such as the Eating Disorder Consultation Team, Radically Open DBT Consultation Team, and Child & Adolescent Team.

No! Every therapists working at The Current is trained to provide safe, quality, and compassionate treatment of eating disorders, however, all of our therapists have their own specializations alongside working with eating disorders. Our therapists carry diverse caseloads of the ideal client.

Some. Our ideal team member has some prior clinical experience and is comfortable treating a complex client presentation including suicidal and self-injurious behaviors. However, you do not have to have prior experience working with eating disorders, we will train you!

Our Consultation Teams! All of our team members serve on at least one Consultation Team determined by their client population. It is a true team environment that includes a lot of support. Our teams are safe, validating and highly value consultation, safe feedback for each other, continued learning, and support as we do this emotional work. Our teams prevent burnout and enhance the quality of our work.

The pay range for billable clinical hours is $50 to $70 per hour, depending on licensure, experience and service. All of our employees receive an Admin rate of $20/hour for time spent in meetings, teams or completing other administrative tasks.
Licensure supervision is included.
We do not offer traditional benefits at this time but can advise on setting up health and retirement benefits privately.
Office space and supplies, electronic health record, email/phone systems, billing, marketing and team socials are all included in employment.
