Professional Style

I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel understood, empowered, and able to work toward meaningful growth and healing.

I believe that difficult experiences can sometimes leave young people feeling disconnected from themselves and unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and build resilience so they can live more confidently and authentically.
