Individualized Treatment
We offer individual therapy for the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and suicide or self injurious behavior concerns. We are also specialized in working with perfectionism, self-worth and body image. Our therapists have extensive training in therapy treatments such as Radically Open-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy for children. All of our therapists are also highly trained in Eating Disorder specific treatments such as Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ARFID. Our therapy space is safe and inclusive for all. We are a neurodiversity affirming practice.
Therapy Sessions
Our individual therapy sessions typically range from 45-55 minutes (90 minutes for I-CBT) and can be held at a frequency that you and your therapist determine is most effective to meet your needs. This usually starts out as weekly sessions, then can decrease in frequency as progress is made.
Therapy can last from a few months to a few years, depending on your needs and goals.

Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
A revolutionary treatment approach that targets over controlled personality styles that contribute to chronic depression, trauma presentations, increased anxiety and eating disorders. It can increase psychological flexibility, openness and enhanced relationships through skills for nervous system regulation, emotional expression and direct communication.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based approach for healing trauma and eating disorders. This therapy helps clients explore the different “parts” of themselves—such as the protective, critical, or wounded parts—that often drive painful patterns of behavior. By fostering self-compassion and understanding, IFS allows individuals to heal underlying wounds, reduce self-destructive cycles, and build a stronger sense of balance and wholeness. Our therapists use IFS to guide clients toward deeper recovery and lasting emotional well-being.
Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E)
Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) is the leading, evidence-based treatment specifically designed to address the underlying mechanisms that maintain eating disorders. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, CBT-E targets the thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral patterns that keep individuals stuck in cycles of restriction, bingeing, purging, or preoccupation with weight and shape. Treatment is individualized and adapted to each client’s needs, making it effective for adolescents and adults across a range of eating disorder presentations. CBT-E is often integrated within a multidisciplinary approach, allowing for coordination with medical providers, dietitians, and family members to support sustainable recovery.
Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)
I-CBT is a specialized treatment approach designed for individuals struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Unlike traditional methods that focus primarily on compulsions, I-CBT addresses the faulty reasoning and intrusive doubts at the core of obsessions. Our therapists guide clients in learning to recognize and challenge these thought patterns, reducing uncertainty and breaking the cycle of OCD. This structured, evidence-based therapy empowers individuals to regain control and find lasting relief.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (CBT-AR) is an evidence-based treatment specifically developed for individuals with ARFID. Unlike traditional eating disorder treatments that focus on weight and shape concerns, CBT-AR targets the unique drivers of ARFID—such as sensory sensitivities, fear of aversive consequences (e.g., choking, vomiting), or a lack of interest in eating. CBT-AR is a structured, step-by-step approach that helps clients gradually increase the variety and volume of foods they are able to eat while reducing anxiety and avoidance. CBT-AR is highly individualized and can be adapted for children, adolescents, and adults.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (informed)
Standard DBT that has shown to be effective for the management of suicidal and self injurious behaviors. It can assist with emotional regulation and improve relationships with interpersonal skills. DBT Therapists are highly trained in using equal parts validation and pushing you to integrate new skills so that you feel both supported and challenged. *We do not offer a comprehensive program
