Megan Bogue, M.Ed., LPC is a licensed therapist and has been helping women work on their body image and self worth for the past 8 years. She is passionate about fighting weight stigma. With a combination of lived experience and clinical expertise, Megan has the unique ability to offer both real empathy and tools for improving the relationship with your body and navigating through a world that holds so much judgment.

This is not a group to discuss active dieting or weight loss and it is not an eating disorder recovery group. Therefore no numbers, ED behaviors or food related topics will be discussed. This group is an hour long session that will facilitate both learning and discussion of topics, shared experiences, and strategies to process, cope, and grieve.
